Natalie Elliott Named Intercept Senior Director

Blue Ridge Chapter colleague NATALIE ELLIOTT has joined Intercept Youth Services as the Senior Director of Program Development. Natalie will focus on supporting the growth and expansion efforts of Intercept’s current services, and identifying and pursuing new opportunities for expanding Intercept’s LifeBridge Continuum of Care.  Natalie was formerly  with Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center, where she served as Administrator and Director of Business Development. Prior to Harbor Point, she served as CEO of two residential treatment facilities, Vice President of Clinical Audits for Virginia and CSA Coordinator for the City of Roanoke.  Natalie obtained her BA from Hollins College and MSW from West Virginia University.

Johnson Joins Background Investigation Unit

Capital District Member, TAMMY JOHNSON, has joined the Department of Juvenile Justice’s Human Resource Unit as a Background Investigator. Tammy has been with the Department of Juvenile Justice for 10 years.  She previously served as Senior Probation Officer / Expeditor and Probation Officer with the Richmond Court Service Unit. She has also been a Counselor and Counselor Supervisor with the Beaumont Juvenile Correctional Center. Tammy was instrumental in the Richmond community’s Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative  (JDAI).  She has been an active member of  her VJJA Chapter, previously serving as Planning Chair for the annual Crab Feast / Resource Expo planning.
