THE TIDEWATER DISTRICT'S 15th ANNUAL SPRING INSTITUTE
held March 30 & 31, 2006 in VA Beach was a tremendous success. Thanks to everyone who attended. Congratulations once again to Tidewater District members Bill Harrell and Diane Floyd who were recognized for their significant leadership. Bill was honored for his legislative efforts and Diane was honored for serving as Spring Institute Chair for the past 15 years. The Tidewater VJJA is lucky to have them as members.
